Guideline
File Guide
You can upload your design as a JPG, BMP, GIF, TIF, or PNG file with
a maximum size of 100MB. If you have trouble uploading a large file,
try decreasing the resolution of your image to reduce the file size.
You can also adjust the size of your design using the scale option
if needed.
For the best results, we recommend creating a high-quality JPG at
180 DPI in the RGB color mode and sRGB color space, specifically
sRGB v2 or v4 Preference. Remember to always embed the ICC profile
in your image.
Scale Guide
Scale changes the resolution at which your design is printed. Our
system will attempt to detect the resolution of your design. If it
is unable to do so, it will default to 180 DPI (Dots Per Inch).
Reducing the scale will make your design smaller but will result in
higher detail when printed. Increasing the scale will make your
design larger but will result in lower detail when printed. If you
enlarge your image too much, it may lose detail and appear blurry or
pixelated.
Color Guide
Our printers are configured to process files in RGB. If a file is
not in RGB, it will be converted to RGB, which can produce
unexpected results. For this reason, we do not recommend uploading
files in CMYK or greyscale.
Increasing color saturation will make the colors as vibrant and bold
as possible. Make sure there is sufficient contrast between dark
colors to prevent them from blending together. Fine details are
printed most clearly when there is high contrast between colors.
